All sessions are
50–60 minutes in length and conducted live via Zoom for real-time personalized cueing, form feedback, and education.
Clients are encouraged to use:- A yoga/exercise mat (essential).
- Small props such as a Pilates ball (small soft ball), magic circle/ring, resistance bands, or light weights—if available at home.
- A home Reformer or Tower (if they have one; sessions can be fully adapted to mat-only otherwise).
We also offer value-added options to support long-term progress and client education, including:
- Personalized Support & Resources:
- Custom Home Programs: Receive tailored PDFs or emailed sequences with photos and descriptions for home practice.
- Recorded Follow-up Sessions: Access short, targeted video sessions for review or daily practice.
- Ongoing Communication & Adjustments:
- Progress Check-ins: Benefit from periodic brief calls or messages to monitor improvements and adjust your program as needed.
- Medical Provider Consultation: This service includes coordination and updates with your physical therapist or other medical providers to ensure seamless progress with your therapy plan.
